The Colorado Department of Transportation project includes the removal of 1,500 feet of rock slope along the northside of the highway and shoulder widening, improving the sight distance for drivers. Teller County - A safety project consisting of curve realignment and other improvements is underway on US 24, three miles east of Florissant. ![]()
